Spotlight: A Taste of Havana
Viva Cuba at the new Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar with its vibrant colors and Latin rhythms at Pointe Orlando. On select nights, professional salsa dancers spice up the atmosphere with choreographed floor shows and professional singers serenade the guests. Start the evening off with a pineapple mojito, the house specialty, made with rum, soda, fresh fruit and sugar cane pressed on site. Menu items include Latin-flavored cuisine such as Pescade de Oriente, a whole boneless filet of Australian sea bass and ceviche. Save room for bread pudding with saffron-poached apples, or passion fruit cheesecake made with fresh kiwi.
